SAS: Who Dares Wins has announced a new look line-up following Ant Middleton’s departure, with the UK and US versions of the programme joining forces.
The Channel 4 will return next year with two former United States Special Forces operators serving as new members of the directing staff.
The series welcomes former United States Recon Marine Rudy Reyes as its new chief instructor. He’s joined by former US Navy SEAL Remi Adeleke on the show.
Rudy is a former member of the United States Marine Corps and a team leader for over 50 patrols behind enemy lines. He was also a member of the lead combat force that entered both Afghanistan and Iraq.
There are familiar faces returning too, with Jason Fox and Mark Billingham also back to whip recruits into shape.
Viewers can look forward to a new location on the programme, with the series filmed in a secret SAS military base in Jordan.
The show’s producers hope to further cement the ‘special relationship’ between the United Kingdom and United States with the series, which will see hopefuls face some of the toughest challenges yet in the Jordan heat.
Chief instructor Rudy said: ‘To be part of SAS: Who Dares Wins – the hardest selection course on television – is one the greatest privileges of my life. And to be named Chief Instructor is a huge honour – made even more rewarding working alongside Billy, Foxy and Remi – heroes on and off screen.’
Remi added: ‘Since I departed from the military in 2016 my main focus in life has been to inspire, motivate and educate people— whether through writing, speaking or visual storytelling.’

‘Therefore I am very grateful to the SAS: Who Dares Wins team – especially my SOF brothers Billy, Foxy, Rudy – for allowing me to be a part of this unique, inspirational and transformative experience. And through this amazing show, I’m looking forward to playing a role in changing the lives of many ‘recruits’ and viewers around the world.’
It’s the first UK series to air without Ant’s involvement. The former marine was the biggest name on the Channel 4 challenge show before parting ways with the broadcaster earlier this year.

The former Special Forces soldier was axed from Channel 4 due to his ‘personal conduct’ which came after some controversial comments made in relation to Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement and Covid-19.
Ant, 40, who is now set to appear on the Australian version of the show, recently hit out at his former role in a recent interview, explaining why he had decided to sign-up down under.
SAS: Who Dares Wins is set to air on Channel 4 in 2022.
