Will Smith casually dropped the trailer for his upcoming YouTube docuseries, which will showcase the results of his fitness regime.

The 53-year-old American actor vowed in May this year that he was determined to be in the ‘best shape of his life, after admitting to piling on the pounds during the coronavirus pandemic.

The trailer chronicles Will’s health and wellness journey as he challenges himself to lose 20lbs in 20 weeks, and will also dive deep into the star’s psyche as he uncovers more about himself than anticipated.

The teaser sees Will giving up halfway through the physically demanding process, as he was writing his upcoming memoir Will at the same time.

‘I thought I was getting into the best shape of my life, physically, but mentally I was somewhere else,’ Will said.

The six-part series will feature personal moments between Will and his wife Jada- Pinkett Smith and children Willow, Jaden, and Trey Smith.

Earlier this year, the award-winning actor shared a candid photo on Instagram, and captioned the snap saying: ‘I’m gonna be real wit yall – I’m in the worst shape of my life.’

The actor – who famously got into incredible shape to play Muhammad Ali in the biopic about the boxer – caught everyone’s eye with his post, with fans and famous friends flooding the comments with messages of support.
