Clive Owen’s daughter has spoken out over the speculation surrounding his marriage to Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen.

Rosie Owen shared her belief that the shepherdess is the reason behind their strained 16-year marriage.

The mum-of-three, who lives 20 minutes away from her old family home in Ravensbeat, where the hit Channel 5 series is filmed, sympathises with her dad and revealed what could happen if the pair part ways for good.

In an interview with Mail Online, Rosie said: ‘It doesn’t do much for her image, but she’s going to go far. She’ll be on Loose Women next.

‘They would stay together forever if it was up to my dad. But after all this fame, it was just a matter of time.

‘Dad will be absolutely miserable. He adores Amanda. He’d do anything for her.’

The couple are thought to be fighting to save their marriage, with Amanda reportedly moving out of the house during the ‘rocky patch.’

Rosie also hinted that she and Amanda don’t share a close relationship.

‘Given my experience with her, I believe viewers have been blinded to the real Amanda,’ she added. ‘But still, I hope they sort things out for the sake of the children and my dad, because I know that’s what he’ll want, above all else.’

In a joint statement issued on Wednesday, Amanda and Clive said: ‘We never said our marriage was perfect.

‘Just like any marriage, we have our stresses and strains, coupled with all the complexities of what we do on the farm and bringing up nine kids.’

Our Yorkshire Farm is in its fifth series and attracts millions of viewers, and has reportedly made the Owens millionaires in their own right.
