Novak Djokovic Introduces Changes in Rolex Paris Masters 2021 Schedule To Boost Davis Cup 2021 Preparation

World No. 1 Novak Djokovic has set returned back to the tennis circuit. He will be competing in the Rolex Paris Masters 2021 and interestingly, will be taking part in the doubles event too. He will be partnering with fellow compatriot Filip Krajinovic.

Novak Djokovic is competing in this category with an eye on the Davis Cup 2021 which begins later on. Therefore he has decided to partner with a player from his Davis Cup team. It has been a considerable amount of time since Novak won the Davis Cup, going back to 2010 when Victor Troicki was the captain.

Novak Djokovic still hungry for more success

Reflecting on the Paris Masters, Djokovic and Krajinovic will be playing their first match on Monday. In the past, they have played together during the ATP Cup this season. They have played a few more events and looking at the larger picture, Novak wants to prepare better in order to end the season on a high note, by winning the Davis Cup 2021.

Coming on to the singles category, Novak has been handed a tough draw. If all goes well, he will be meeting Stefanos Tsitsipas in the semifinal and has a possibility of facing Daniil Medvedev or Alexander Zverev in the final.
