Meghan Markle all smiles in epic Suits throwback photo with co-star Rick Hoffman

Suits star Rick Hoffman has shared a playful throwback photograph of himself and Meghan Markle having a drink.

In the snap, the Duchess of Sussex, 40, who played paralegal Rachel Zane in the hit US drama, is seen enjoying drinks with actor Rick.

The actor, who played no-nonsense lawyer Louis Litt, on the hit show uploaded the unseen picture on Instagram, and captioned the post: ‘Good ol’ days.’

Her on-screen husband Mike Ross was played by Patrick J Adams, with Gabriel Macht as Harvey Specter.

Meghan quit Suits soon after her engagement to Prince Harry and bowed out in a two-hour finale in season seven that saw Rachel and Mike tie the knot. 

However, Meghan proved she was still on good terms with her fellow co-stars as they all attended her wedding back in 2018.

Rick has always been a great friend to Meghan – during the time she was accused of bullying a royal staff member, Hoffman apparently liked tweets about Markle’s kind actions throughout their friendship.

One of the many tweets he liked read: ‘She’s not a headline. She’s my friend. I love you.’

Harry and Meghan are parents to Archie and Lillibet, however, due to travel restrictions, the rest of the family are yet to meet the newborn.

Any reunion is likely to be a somewhat awkward affair ahead of Harry’s new book being released next year.

The family is braced for more revelations about Harry’s time as a senior royal, following on from his interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year.
