Strictly Come Dancing 2021 star Judi Love has thanked the show for helping her lose a stone and a half after she was eliminated on Sunday night.
The comedian became the fifth celebrity to be eliminated from the current series after facing Adam Peaty in the dance-off.
The Loose Women presenter, who had been off the show for one week after testing positive for Covid spoke after she was voted off by the judges and revealed her weight loss.
‘Can I say thanks to Strictly for making me lose a stone and a half,’ Judi said, speaking to host Tess Daly before taking to the ballroom floor once again with Graziano Di Prima for the last time.
Judi previously spoke about her fitness after returning to the show, saying that she felt healthier after taking part in the show.
‘I’ve got to say thanks to Strictly because doing this dance and getting healthier, fighting Covid, it really, really has helped me physically and health-wise and it’s just an amazing experience,’ she said.

It comes after the judges chose to save Adam Peaty and Katya Jones, ending Judi’s time on the competition.
When asked about their time on the show, Judi said: ‘Can I just say I’m taking Graz home! I will keep dancing.
‘This has been an amazing experience, a life changing experience, I want to say thank you to all the professional dancers, the judges, the team, everybody!

‘Graziano has supported me, stuck by me, and took me to a place I never thought I could go and so for that I love you so much. Thank you.’

Graziano was then asked if he had any words for his partner and said: ‘She knows, basically. First of all, I’ve made a friend for life.
‘She is one of the strongest women I’ve ever met, this woman has been in rehearsal every day, for every dance, given me 150%, and you know what I love the most, you are true, you are real, so thank you so much.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6:45pm on BBC One.
