WATCH: US Track Star Noah Lyles Shows Off Stunning New Olympic Ring for Tokyo Success

Getting a reward for one’s feats brings the utmost amount of happiness for a sportsperson. Recently, Noah Lyles put up a video on Twitter that attracted everyone’s attention.

Noah is a professional track and field athlete. He only competes in sprinting events, that is, 100m and 200m. With a great amount of training and practice, he has managed to secure several medals and titles for himself. One of his greatest achievements would be the one he claimed at the Summer Games in Tokyo.

Winning bronze in 200m, in his debut Olympic games, was indeed commendable. In addition to this, he was also the World Champion in 2019, which added to his fame and popularity.

What did Noah Lyles get after his Olympic feat?

After performing incredibly by clocking a timing of 19.74, he made his nation proud. Even though the competition was difficult and cut-throat, he was successful in securing a spot for himself at the podium. Then, flaunting the success of his medal, he posted a video of receiving a ring for himself.

The design of his ring is also just spectacular. It has Olympic rings and looks stunning with hundreds of diamonds studded all over it.

While sliding it down to his finger and getting the feel of the ring, Noah exclaimed, “A metric time.” Later, he flaunted it and said, “Tokyo 2020 and the rings.” Indeed, it must’ve been a surreal moment to experience for the 24-year-old Noah.

Has he improved after the Olympics?

After taking third position in the 200m Olympic event, Noah was clearly not satisfied with his performance. His competitiveness naturally wanted him to get back on top.

Interestingly, he then saw a golden opportunity come his way and made the best of it. Consequently, Noah showed a display of perseverance and the ability to bounce back by claiming gold at the Diamond League that took place in the beautiful city of Doha, Qatar. Not only did he clock 19.52 but he also recorded his new personal best with this timing.

He beat Kenny Bednarek with a significant margin as the latter ran with a timing of 19.80. His brother, Josephus Lyles too, gave a tough fight but settled for the bronze with 20.03 on the clock.
