WhatsApp teases THREE new features ‘you probably missed’ in new update
WHATSAPP has alerted the world to three new features that you may have missed.
The chat app – owned by Meta, formerly Facebook – regularly adds new tricks for you to try.

With the latest update, there are several new features that you can use.
The company highlighted three that “you might have missed”.
“Over the past few months we’ve made a few changes to WhatsApp to answer some of your feature requests,” WhatsApp said.
To make sure you’ve got the latest WhatsApp features, keep your app updated in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Here are some of the new WhatsApp features…
Web Media Editor
This trick is mainly for people who use WhatsApp on a phone and a computer.
Most read in Phones & Gadgets
If you want to edit an image on your PC version of WhatsApp, that was previously impossible.
Instead you’d have to go back to your phone to make the edit.
Now WhatsApp has added a media editor to WhatsApp Web – so you can do the same edits on your PC as you would on mobile.
Link Previews
Sending links is one of the main ways we communicate over WhatsApp.
We regularly send news stories, interesting websites and hilarious memes to each other via links.
Now WhatsApp has changed the app so that you can see a full preview when you send the link.
And people receiving it will get more context about what you’ve sent – and importantly, what they’re about to click on.
Sticker Suggestions
The other big change is the addition of Sticker Suggestions.
Normally using a Sticker on WhatsApp involves navigating several panels.
So WhatsApp has attempted to make finding stickers “faster and easier”, app-makers said.
Now when you type, you’ll be prompted with suggestions for Stickers that you might want to use.
WhatsApp can’t see these Sticker searches or your personal messages – if you’re worried about privacy.
The processing is done locally, so your chats should be safe.
