Katie Price has revealed she is studying books on dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder as she gets stuck back in to work.

The former glamour model, 43, has completed a stay in The Priory after crashing her car while under the influence of alcohol and drugs and while also disqualified from driving.

She had been ordered by a judge to complete treatment at The Priory following her arrest and could still face time in prison when she is sentenced in December.

Katie appeared committed to her ongoing recovery as she revealed she was ‘currently reading’ a book called ‘Recovery From Complex PTSD’ and another titled ‘DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets’.

She also later revealed she is excited to be back at work after taking some time off for treatment, as she posted a glammed up photo of her talking on the phone while working on a laptop, with a pink headband in her hair.

Katie told her followers: ‘Love being back at work. Something so exciting is launching tomorrow at 8pm! Thank you all for the support.’

Her make-up artist Fern Howe-Shepherd also shared a photo of Katie’s glam new look on her own Instagram page, adding: ‘Got our girl back.’

The mother-of-five has been making the most of her time after rehab to spend quality time with her mum and sister as well as go for dinner with son Harvey, 19, and fiancé Carl Woods.

She told her followers alongside a photo of her with her mum Amy and sister Sophie: ‘Happy November! It’s a new month and I’m so happy to be back working, and spending quality time with my mum and sister. My team.’

Katie will now be due in court on December 15 to face sentencing following the crash, with her family telling the Sunday Mirror in a statement: ‘Kate acknowledges and takes full responsibility for her actions.

‘She knows they were wrong and apologises. Kate is deeply loved and she loves her family. We are all there for her right now – and her children, who she loves dearly, are giving her strength as a mum.’
