WATCH: Atlanta Braves Jorge Soler Smashes Home Run Over Train Tracks to Demolish Houston Astros at MLB World Series 2021

Atlanta Braves came with a dream to create history in the 2021 season and last night, they made that dream come true. Braves clinched their first-ever World Series victory in the 21st century, courtesy of Jorge Soler’s insanely high, lead-giving home run in the third innings.

Atlanta Braves handed an embarrassing loss to Houston Astros in game six out of seven of the World Series 2021, with a 7-0 scoreline. Braves had already clinched three games and now have won their first title since 1995.

Jorge Soler sends the home run into the black sky

Outclassing their statistically better counterparts in 2021, the Braves made a record-breaking entry into the post-season. Being the 2017 winners, Houston Astros were undoubtedly favorites; however, the Braves prevailed and proved all wrong.

With their domination and stellar run since day one, the Braves triumphed over the Astros. One of their star players was 29-year-old Jorge Soler. With three wins in the bag already, the Braves looked eager to clinch the title on Tuesday night.

In the third innings of the game, Jorge blasted a home run so far no one would have ever thought! The three-run homer went straight into the sky, crossing the train tracks at a 109.6 mph speed, 446 ft high. Some said it went to the solar system, as they saw Soler embrace the magical moment he had just created with his bat.

Astonishingly, Soler tied on an old Braves record for long balls in a single post-season. Notably, Jorge has been the lead home run hitter for the Braves in 2021, as he became the sixth player in history to hit at least three go-ahead home runs in the Fall Series.
