The Pride of Britain awards are one of the biggest nights of the year, with a host of celebrities celebrating the bravery of ordinary people.
This year’s show sees the likes of Prince Charles, Ed Sheeran, Ant and Dec and Sharon Stone in attendance to recognise British people who have acted bravely or extraordinarily in challenging situations.
The annual awards have taken place since 2000 in association with The Prince’s Trust and viewers are always treated to amazing and heartwarming stories.
When is the Pride of Britain awards 2021?
This year’s event will air on Thursday, November 4 at 8pm but the ceremony itself has already taken place.
The event was pre-recorded on Saturday, October 30, with the show being aired five days later.

What channel is the Pride of Britain awards on?
The Pride of Britain awards airs on ITV every year, as it has done since its inception in 2000.
How can you vote for the Pride of Britain awards 2022?
Nominations are already open for next year’s awards, with the entry requirements stating: ‘You can nominate anyone of any age for a Pride of Britain Award.

‘It may be for a single act of incredible courage, a long-lasting battle against the odds, or for inspirational campaigning.’
While your nomination may fit into more than one category, or not quite fit the mould for any of them, organisers suggest choosing the one closest to the extraordinary act that the person is being nominated for.
Winners are then chosen by the Pride of Britain judging panel, from a shortlist produced by the Pride of Britain research team, who go through every public nomination received to pick out the best of the best.
