WATCH: Lakers Game Witnesses Ugly Scenes As Carmelo Anthony and OKC Player Get Into a Fight

The Los Angeles Lakers went to war with Oklahoma City Thunder yet again. Like the last game, they led by 19 points at one point. However, the Thunder managed pull things back with a huge fourth quarter. The Lakers get their 3 game win streak snapped with this loss as they fall to 5-4.

The first game against OKC was one to forget for the Lakers. Up by 26 points close to the half, they went on to lose the ball game. Similarly, tonight was no different. With the Lakers up 19 points at one point, Thunder kept coming back at every moment. After that, they chose the fourth quarter to attack and took the game.

Westbrook and Anthony Davis came up big as a duo yet again scoring over 25 points each. However, it didn’t prove enough as Shai Gilgeous Alexander came up big once again. With frustrations running high, Carmelo Anthony and Dort got into a scuffle.

Lakers-Thunder game turns heated

With the game cut close, Westbrook turned the ball over. With OKC calling timeout, the Lakers were defending the inbound. However, while all the players were gathered, Carmelo Anthony and Lu Dort got into a shoving match. They had to be separated as they kept jawing at each other.

Both of them came up big in the end moments as Carmelo Anthony hit two big three pointers in his efforts to bring the Lakers close. However, it was Lu Dort who sealed the game with clutch free throws for OKC as they took the game 107-104.

Despite the Thunder being up by 9 points in the fourth quarter, the Lakers showed fight and cut it down to a one point game. However, the heroics of Shai Gilgeous Alexander put OKC in the driving seat. He hit back to back threes including a logo shot to put OKC back up.

But the Lakers showed their fighting spirit with big threes coming from Melo and Auston Reaves. But, despite combining for 56 points, Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis could not get the Lakers home. The Lake Show are now 1-3 without LeBron this season and they have to play another three games without the ‘King’. Do you think the Lakers can turn things around against the Portland Trail Blazers?
