Adele fans have been excited for the comeback of the Queen of Soul since she announced the release date of her highly-anticipated new album, titled 30.

The Hello singer has been enthusiastically welcomed back to the music industry after a six-year hiatus, having dropped her powerful and personal new single Easy On Me on October 15.

With the single finally upon us, there’s one question on everyone’s minds: when is the album coming out, and when will she tour?

Here is all you need to know…

When is Adele’s album 30 coming out?

The new album will be released on November 19.

The 33-year-old singer, who goes by just her first name, dropped the news via Twitter and Instagram, where she shared a preview of the album’s artwork next to a lengthy caption.

She revealed the album has been three years in the making in a candid post.

‘I was certainly nowhere near where I’d hoped to be when I first started it nearly three years ago… And yet there I was knowingly – willingly even, throwing myself into a maze of absolute mess and inner turmoil!’ she began.

‘I’ve learned a lot of blistering home truths about myself along the way. I’ve shed many layers but also wrapped myself in new ones. Discovered genuinely useful and wholesome mentalities to lead with, and I feel like I’ve finally found my feeling again. I’d go so far as to say that I’ve never felt more peaceful in my life.

‘And so, I’m ready to finally put this album out.’

So far, it’s unknown what songs will be appearing on the new album, other than her new single Easy on Me.

Adele shared a clip of the new song on Instagram Live with the words: ‘There ain’t no good in this river that I’ve been washing my hands in forever / And there is hope in these waters, but I can’t bring myself to swim when I am drowning.’

During an Instagram Live session with her fans on Saturday, Adele was asked about the subject matter of her upcoming project. She promptly replied, ‘Divorce babe, divorce.’

It appears the album was inspired by her recent divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki.

Other than that, the singer has kept her cards very close to her chest. Still, here’s what we know about 30 so far.

Is Adele touring in 2022?

Adele will return to arenas to play two live shows in 2022.

The singer is set to perform her first concert in the country in four years as part of ITV’s An Audience With…, with filming taking place this Saturday at the Palladium.

The concert will then air on ITV on Sunday, November 21.

Unfortunately, there are no tickets for the concert available to the general public.

Adele will also perform in her hometown of London next year at Hyde Park as part of its lineup of British Summer Time gigs.

Adele confirmed the news on social media, tweeting: ‘Oiii Oiiiiiiiiiiiii.’

The confirmed dates are July 1 and 2 in 2022 and are her first live UK shows since her 2017 Wembley Stadium gigs.

Tickets went on general sale from 10am on Saturday, October 30 – however, the tickets have completely sold out.

The Hyde Park shows are the first and only live dates to be announced so far since Adele dropped her comeback single.

It is not yet known whether more tour dates will be announced for both across the UK and the rest of the world.

A source had told Mail Online in August: ‘Adele has very recently been talking to musicians that she has worked with before to gauge their availability, to see whether they could be in Vegas for the gigs.

‘It is all very exciting. It would make her a lot of money but it would also mean she could have a routine. It would be hugely lucrative for her but also really fun.

‘She loves performing live and there would be no shortage of people travelling to see her once the Covid-19 restrictions are dropped.’

We’ll have to wait and see if more dates will be announced, but for fans in London, next summer can’t come quickly enough.
