Will Austin Cindric Take his Second Consecutive Xfinity Title or Will we Have a First-Time Winner?

The Truck Series championship has just concluded, and now it is time for the Xfinity Series finale. Over here, Austin Cindric, AJ Allmendinger, Noah Gragson, and Daniel Hemric are set to battle it out. Of the four of them, only Cindric has won an Xfinity Series championship. That triumph came last year, and Cindric will be aiming for back-to-back titles.

Without a doubt, Cindric should be one of the favorites, especially since he won last year. However, Allmendinger, Gragson, and Hemric will not be willing to roll over so easily. With there being a qualifying session this weekend, just about anything can happen. So it isn’t guaranteed that the championship contenders will occupy the first two rows.

However, qualifying is one thing, the race could be a completely different story. To be precise, the quartet could have a great qualifying but endure a wretched race, or the opposite may be true.

What to expect from Austin Cindric and his rivals?

Each of the drivers knows that there will be no quarter given or taken this weekend. Over the next few hundred laps, the four of them will battle each other, all the while staying away from wrecks; the important thing is to stay clean and try and gun for a win.

If that is not possible for either candidate, then the focus will be on trying to maximize their points. In other words, it will be a race to see who can finish ahead of the other driver. The Truck Series race witnessed this when none of the Championship 4 drivers won the race. Instead, Ben Rhodes clinched it after he finished the highest, compared to his other three rivals. Whatever may be the case, it will definitely be an exciting race for the Xfinity Series finale.
