WWE Raw results, grades: Kevin Owens destroys Big E and Doudrop screws Bianca Belair out of title shot

WWE Raw saw some big moments as Big E is facing a number of potential rivals in Kevins Owens, Otis and more, while Doudrop cost Bianca Belair a Women’s Championship opportunity.

The WWE Champion was left laid out at the end of the show after a vicious beatdown from KO following the latter’s brilliant main event bout with Seth Rollins.

The night kicked off with Owens trying to apologise to Big E backstage after he seemingly tried to capitalise on Seth Rollins’ interference last week.

The champ insisted he didn’t care, but KO said he does, before Seth Rollins would step out in front of the live crowd to address the events as he branded Owens a snake and a backstabber, pointing to his history with Sami Zayn and The New Day before claiming he simply can’t be trusted.

Owens raced to the ring and almost hit an apron Powerbomb before the Drip King escaped and ran backstage.

During the night, Big E took on Chad Gable, who had his Alpha Academy protégé Otis at ringside for what turned into a very fun sprint of a match as the former Olympian looked strong.

Of course, the WWE Champion rightly fought back and got the win, before a tense stare down with Otis after the bell.

Meanwhile, KO had done some soul searching during the night, and later met Rollins in a huge main event with Big E at ringside.

Before it got underway, Austin Theory tried to get a selfie with the champ, but his phone got smacked right out of his hand.

Seth came out and insisted last week was all part of a master plan, which enraged his opponent as he burst down to the ring.

Eventually, the main event got underway and the two men put on an absolutely fantastic match with a convoluted ending as E accidentally stopped Owens from getting back into the ring, giving Seth a count-out win.

After the bell, KO snapped and destroyed Big E, booting him in the face, throwing him into the steel steps and hitting a nasty Powerbomb onto the apron.

Liv Morgan wins huge match, Doudrop attacks Bianca Belair and Bobby Lashley decimates Dominik Mysterio

Before the first match of the night, Riddle and Randy Orton discussed their issues with Omos, and the Apex Predator insisted he didn’t care about the Street Profits.

Of course, they were stood behind him, but Orton doubled down before they had to team with Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford against Omos, AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.

With the talent involved, the eight-man tag was always going to be a lot of fun, with Ziggler eventually pinning Riddle for the win but falling to an RKO.

Rey and Dominik Mysterio were interrupted by Adam Pearce, who insisted he made a mistake by putting the rookie in the Survivor Series team given that every other member is a former world champ.

After bizarrely insisting he wants to win (despite running both Raw and SmackDown), he revealed Dominik would have to beat the returning Bobby Lashley.

The All Mighty, accompanied by MVP, destroyed poor Dominik and eventually won with a second Hurt Lock to get himself on Team Raw.

The 24/7 nonsense continued this week, with Reggie first beating Drake Maverick in a short match, but Maverick then won the gold after the bell, before Akira Tozawa, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton all captured the title, before Maverick and Reggie exchanged wins to put the championship right back where it was at the beginning of the segment.

Doudrop cost Bianca Belair a potential win (Picture: WWE)

Doudrop approached Bianca Belair backstage and was baffled at how the EST of WWE could earn a title shot despite losing since she arrived on Raw.

With the champ Becky Lynch at ringside, Bianca would face off against her Survivor Series teammates Carmella, Queen Zelina, Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley with the winner earning a chance at the gold.

The match itself was absolutely fantastic, with all five superstars putting on a great show here with everyone looking like viable winners.

In the end, Doudrop pulled Bianca out of the ring after K.O.D. and stopped her picking up the pinfall, with Morgan then hitting a crucifix roll-up to land a massive victory.

It’s totally deserved, and the match did a great job of getting Carmella and Zelina in the tag team ranks, starting a non-title feud between Bianca and Doudrop, and putting Liv in title contention.

You can’t really ask for much more there!

WWE Raw airs Monday nights at 1am on BT Sport 1.
