Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce Shows Off ‘Anti-Gravity’ Workout Ahead of World Championships 2022
Jamaican sprinting legend, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, is training to conquer the track in 2022. Notably, the unstoppable force became the world’s third-fastest woman in 2021.
34-year-old Shelly clocked an astonishing time of 10.60 seconds to record her personal best that stunned the world. She is also an active user of social media where she interacts with fans and gives them frequent updates on her training for the upcoming season.

Popularly known as ‘Pocket Rocket’, Shelly-Ann had plans to retire after the 2021 season. However, after her incredible outing last year, she has officially put a hold on that thought. Apart from her record-breaking time at the Diamond League, Shelly also clinched the gold and silver medals at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
In the 30s, where the performance of athletes considerably decreases, Fraser-Pryce has reached her peak.

Moreover, Shelly-Ann has already started her training for the next season. Even when circumstances are not in her favor to practice, Shelly is keeping herself going. She recently posted a story on her Instagram revealing how she wasn’t able to do her usual training, so she improvised by training on an Anti-Gravity Treadmill.
She wrote, “Didn’t get to put in my usual training this am but still keeping the momentum #somethinggoodiscoming.”

Who will be Shelly-Ann Fraser Pryce’s biggest competitor in 2022?
The sprinting champion faces a lot of competition from both her own countrymen and even from foreign lands. While keeping in mind the uncertainty of sports, any sprinter can shine in 2022. Albeit based on records, fellow Jamaican star Elaine Thompson-Herah can be her toughest rival next season.

Elaine produced a stellar run this year, becoming the Olympic gold medalist in 100m and 200m individual races in Tokyo. Remarkably, she also clocked the world’s second-fastest time of 10.54 seconds. Notably, Elaine came closest to breaking American legend, FloJo’s world record of 10.49 seconds.
The two women are indeed two of the biggest names in the sport, but who do you think can break FloJos’ world record first?
