Katie Price picks up her WEDDING licence and knocks back booze with Carl Woods in Las Vegas

KATIE Price knocked back the booze to celebrate picking up her wedding licence to marry fiancé Carl Woods in Las Vegas.

The three-times-wed model , 43, and toyboy lover Carl, 32, were spotted applying for the paperwork for their wedding on Wednesday morning.

Katie was overheard jokingly telling the clerk “Ooh, signing our life away” before the happy couple raised their right hands to swear the information they had given was truthful.

The Sun’s exclusive pictures show them celebrating at the Planet Hollywood hotel and casino, where Katie necked two Cosmopolitan vodka cocktails in 20 minutes just after midday.

She and Carl also did some window shopping, going into clothes shops and a jeweller together.

Katie is currently facing a possible prison sentence next month after pleading guilty to drink driving while disqualified and taking drugs after a crash near her home in Sussex in September.

She told police at the time of the crash “I took drugs, I should not be driving, I admit it all”, a court heard, and headed to rehab afterwards.

A copy of the wedding licence obtained by The Sun confirms that this will be car dealer Carl’s first marriage and Katie’s fourth.

The loved-up couple arrived mid-morning in a rented concrete-coloured Dodge Challenger muscle car at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau.

It took them about 15 minutes to get the official seal of approval in person, which is legally required of those marrying in Las Vegas.

They confirmed to the clerk that they had previously made an application for the licence online to speed up the process.

Katie was heard telling the clerk that she must enjoy her job because people going there to get their licence are happy at getting married.

An eyewitness told The Sun: “Katie and Carl really did look head over heels in love and a little bit nervous about their wedding.

“They seem to be in a good place right now despite having a very difficult last few months and storm clouds on the horizon with Katie’s legal problems.”

The pair landed in Sin City late on Tuesday night after the reality star was booted off a connecting flight from New York when she was told to put a mask on.

They were spotted lugging around matching his and hers suitcases, with Katie’s emblazoned with “Katie Woods” – her married name once they have tied the knot.

Katie and Carl jetted over to the US just one day after the country re-opened its borders to British tourists for the first time since the pandemic hit in March 2020.

Las Vegas bills itself as the “marriage capital of the world” and is known for its walk-in wedding chapels.
