Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett spares no chance to taunt his opponent quarterbacks, which is exactly what he did ahead of his week 10 fixture against the New England Patriots, as he joshed on the ankle grabbing incident for which Mac Jones was criticized in week 9.
Myles Garrett has missed practices on Wednesday and Thursday with a foot injury, as he hurt his foot during the second half of the Bengals’ fixture wherein they registered a tremendous 41-16 victory without the likes of Odell Beckham Jr., however, he will play against the Patriots as he has not been placed in the injured reserve.
Myles Garrett does not want Mac Jones to twist his ankles
“Of course, I watched it, and I’ll hold my comments on that one,” Garrett told Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal Friday. “I mean, hopefully, it doesn’t happen to me. I don’t know, [I hope Jones] doesn’t turn into the ankle-grabber, I don’t know. So we’ll see.”
Myles Garrett feels excited to go against Mac Jones, but it’s probably not the best time for him as he has been suffering from a foot injury. And judging by the questionable status of Brian Burns following the infamous ankle grabbing incident, Garrett jokingly referred to Mac Jones injuring him even more.

“I mean, if I tackle him or I sack him and I let him grab me, honestly, that’s on me,” Garrett said. “I’m not saying it’s on Brian. He didn’t expect it. But now we’ve all seen it. Now I know to get my behind up and get out of the way.”

Garrett taunts Mac Jones sneakily
Furthermore, Brian wished his “D-end brothers happy hunting” after he failed to get Jones to apologize to him. And since Garrett tops the NFL charts with his incredible number of sacks [12] in the season so far, it is going to be quite a faceoff between the two.
Garrett, however, further taunted the Patriots quarterback, this time warning all the edge rushers to keep the quarterback Mac Jones at an arm’s length from their legs. With that all being said, Garrett has announced that the game is already on and has openly challenged Jones with his sneaky words.
