Which Boxer Was Suspended for Fat-Shaming Terence Crawford’s Wife?

In early 2019, former super-welterweight title challenger Tyan Booth of Nottingham shared a clip on social media. The clip that he shared was basically a monologue of things that do not sit well with him, and a lot of it was based around Terence Crawford’s partner.

In this utterly insensitive and nonsensical video, Tyan Booth insulted top p4p contender Terence Crawford’s long-time partner, Alindra Person.

He posted a picture of Crawford and Person along with the video and asked in the caption – “should a world champion boxer have a fat girlfriend?”

Alindra Person usually prefers staying out of the spotlight; all we know about her is that she is reportedly a native of  Omaha and that she went to a ‘Burbank High School’.

With this very limited information, Tyan Booth decided to comment on Terence Crawford’s partner’s appearance and said some unnecessary and heinous things about her.

The former super-welterweight title challenger then faced a swarm of online criticism. If he wasn’t already suspended from the sport at the time, the concerned authorities would have done so once again over his comments on Crawford’s partner.

Terence Crawford, Jamel Herring, and Twitter put Tyan Booth on blast

After Tyan Booth passed off insensitive and baseless comments about Terence Crawford‘s long-time partner, Alindra Person, the champ himself, Jamel Herring, and many other users dug into the former fighter out of Nottingham, UK.

While others simply reacted to his comments, ‘Bud’ Crawford even threatened to fly out to the UK –
