At the 2018 SummerSlam, Becky Lynch turned on Charlotte Flair after her loss in the triple threat match. The heel turn proved out to be a real-life rivalry for both female superstars. Becky and Charlotte got into a heated segment, resulting in Becky’s top rise in the main roster.

In 2019, Becky won the women’s Royal Rumble entering at number 30, replacing Lana. She won the Royal Rumble by tossing out Charlotte in the end.

Becky’s career started growing, and the spotlight was on her. To this point, Charlotte was the SmackDown Women’s Champion, but still lacked attention.

At WrestleMania 35, Becky Lynch won both Raw and SmackDown Women’s Title. This completed her evolution from ‘The Man’ to ‘Becky two Belts’. As Charlotte felt like she was ignored and betrayed, this gave rise to a toxic relationship between both of them.
