She had been walking back towards her car in the middle of her shift when she was captures parking partly on double yellow lines and part on the kerb.
The blue-haired inspector ignored the angry driver as he filmed her, asking “why are you parked on double yellows”.
She replied telling him to ask the council as she got back into her car, and blanked him as he continued to quiz her.
He said: “Hello, ask the council?” before adding “Ok what is your badge number?” on Tuesday night.
The man filmed her motor on the parking restriction lines and continued: “Parked on double yellow, yeah.
“Oh here we go, evidence. Now she is running away, running away now.”
Parking on double yellow lines is illegal and can lead to a £70 fixed penalty notice fine.

“The lady in the video is not doing anything wrong.”
However she was blasted by locals in Slough for failing to set the right example for those parking in the area.
Queenie Olynie said: “These wardens should be setting an example, this is disgusting behaviour.”
Another fumed: “She gave me a ticket, whilst parked on double yellows herself.”
One added: “This is the same stupid woman that gives you tickets at the school.”
