The last fight on the preliminary card will be a featherweight fight between Tucker Lutz will take on Pat Sabatini.

Tucket Lutz lost his first-ever professional MMA fight. But since then, the man has been unstoppable. He is currently on a 12-fight win streak and will fight for the second time in the UFC. ‘Top Gun’ is a Dana White’s Contender Series graduate and has looked impressive in his fights. Despite fading at the end of his previous fight against Kevin Aguilar, it still was a convincing performance. He is great on his feet and a good wrestler as well.

Pat Sabatini is one of the best ground artists in the featherweight division. He is currently on a four-fight winning streak and is 2-0 in the UFC. He is coming off an impressive submission win over Jamall Emmers. Out of his 15 wins, 10 have come by submissions, and he will look to take the fight to the ground. A win here can get him a ranked opponent next.

‘Top Gun’ is an elite striker and decent enough wrestler to cause Sabatini problems. Despite his opponent being a world-class grappler, he should be able to hold his own against him. However, his striking should give him an upper hand over Sabatini. Lutz landed 99 significant strikes in his first fight in the UFC. And also had three takedowns.

Sabatini, no doubt, is one of the best in the division when it comes to wrestling. But he wasn’t convincing in his last fight. Despite getting a submission win, Emmers had him reeling and made the mistake of grappling with him. While sprawling on the ground after Emmers got the knockdown, Sabatini locked in a heel hook, which ended the fight. But his striking doesn’t look to be on his opponent’s level and that can be the difference-maker.
