I’m A Celebrity: What time does it start and is it on every night?

One of the biggest shows on telly is back on the box, with I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! returning on Sunday. 

There are 12 confirmed stars heading to Abergele’s Gwrych Castle, ready to take on grisly Bushtucker Trials in a bid to be crowned king or queen of the castle. 

This year, Louise Minchin, Richard Madeley and Dame Arlene Phillips are among the stars taking part as the hit ITV show returns to Wales for a second year due to ongoing coronavirus travel restrictions.

Olympic gold medallist diver Matty Lee, Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy, chart-topping music producer Naughty Boy, Paralympic gold medal athlete, Kadeena Cox are involved too.

Completing the lineup is former Premier League footballer David Ginola, Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge and Emmerdale actor Danny Miller are also signed up.

But when does it start? Here’s everything you need to know.

What time does I’m A Celebrity start?

The series is almost upon us, with the series starting on ITV at 9pm on Sunday, November 21. The opening episode lasts until 10.40pm.

All eyes will be on Gwrych Castle then, with Ant and Dec returning once again to present all the action from north Wales.

Is I’m A Celebrity on every night?

The series will air every night at 9pm on ITV, with some episodes occasionally airing slightly later at around 9.15pm.

The episodes last around one hour and 15 minutes, and they’ll be made available to watch on ITV Hub. 

While the dates have yet to be confirmed, it is expected that the king or queen of the castle will be crowned on around December 10.

Every series of I’m A Celebrity since 2012 has lasted at least 20 episodes.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! starts on Sunday November 21 at 9pm on ITV and ITV Hub.
