John Cena Reacts to Rumors of Him Being in Spiderman: No Way Home

Apparently John Cena is a part of the new Spider-Man: No Way Home movie. It’s not something which the production house, the director, or Cena. Somehow the fans figured that there’s a possibility he’s a part of the movie.

The reason fans believe this is because one of the villains, The Lizard, gets punched by someone who isn’t visible in the trailer. Fans played off on the infamous Cena being invisible joke and came up with the idea that Spider-Man (Tom Holland) was being helped by none other than John Cena.

However, The Champ responded to it. He played along with the assumption and posted a photograph of a man with a mask on with the same background.

Now, the photograph he posted could be Cena or someone else. Unfortunately, it’s unclear exactly who it is, but if it’s Cena, the new Spider-Man movie will be nothing short of epic.

John Cena and WWE created an NFT pack for him

Right now, NFTs are trending. However, before Cena took a break from WWE after SummerSlam 2021, WWE dropped 500 one-on-one exclusive NFT.

Even though that was a failure, WWE has sold enough merchandise when John Cena was working actively with the company. In fact, John Cena returned to WWE at Money in the Bank 2021, which was the first event where fans were allowed after a year of watching WWE on television. WWE did this to boost ratings, and it worked.

This is evidence enough to understand that John Cena is extremely popular with the fans. Even if the NFT pack didn’t sell, there are other ways where Cena has helped the company make money.

Therefore, if it turns out that John Cena is a part of the new Spider-Man movie, it’ll be quite the pop when he returns to WWE again. Undoubtedly, he will cut promos referring to Spider-Man!
