Adele showed just how relatable she is during her star-studded Audience With on Sunday night, after being forced to restart her song Easy On Me after her nerves got the better of her.
The singer serenaded a crowd packed with A-listers last night, and it’s perhaps no surprise that the occasion got to her a little during one song.
Easy On Me, the hit single which marked her return to music after a long time away earlier this year, was just starting up when she was forced to restart it.
The 33-year-old said she was ‘sh***ing’ herself as she stumbled slightly during the performance.
Rather than let the slight mishap get to her, the singer brushed it off and got a standing ovation from the crowd.
‘One more time,’ Adele told her pianist, sparking a big reaction.

The Rolling In The Deep singer hosted the concert special at the London Palladium with ITV airing the show on Sunday.
In a show packed with standout moments, the most touching part saw Adele take a question from celebrity audience member Dame Emma Thompson about who had inspired her when she was younger – prompting an unexpected, tearjerking moment.
She then named her English teacher Ms McDonald from Chestnut Grove School in Balham, and explained: ‘She left in year eight but she got me really into literature, I’ve always been obsessed with English and obviously now I write lyrics. But she also did street dance, I was too scared to go in, but like in the canteen they used to do these dances and stuff like that.

Dame Emma then surprised Adele by inviting Ms McDonald on stage and the pair embraced – speaking tears from Adele and just about everyone watching at home.

Among the A-listers in the audience, such as Stormzy, Samuel L Jackson and Emma Watson, were a group of key workers.
NHS staff members as well as survivors of the Grenfell fire, and the firefighters who tackled the devastating fatal blaze, received tickets to the hottest show in town as the music icon made her comeback.
An Audience With Adele is available to watch on the ITV Hub.
