Strictly Come Dancing’s Tom Fletcher was in tears as he reminisced over previous dances with partner Amy Dowden following their elimination.
The pair became the eighth couple to be voted off the BBC One competition during Sunday’s results show and joined Rylan Clark in Monday’s episode of It Takes Two.
The 36-year-old musician was visibly upset when a montage of his best bits was being played in front of him, and couldn’t hold back the tears any longer.
‘I’ve loved it so much, I’m only crying because I’ve had the best time,’ he told Rylan before he got choked up again.
‘I’m so happy I did this show.’
The singer faced CBBC presenter Rhys Stephenson and partner Nancy Xu in the dance-off following the public vote on Sunday.
Tom and Amy performed their couple’s choice to On My Own from Les Misérables, which was dedicated to Tom’s sister Carrie Fletcher, once again.

Cynthia Erivo, Motsi Mabuse, and Anton Du Beke all praised the quality of both dances but decided to save Rhys, while head judge Shirley Ballas said she’d have chosen to save Tom.
Speaking after his elimination during the results show, Tom said: ‘I’ve made the best friend in Amy, you’ve been amazing – thank you so much for teaching me how to dance, I know it was a struggle at times.
‘Thank you so much, it’s been the best experience and I don’t regret a single minute of it.’
Amy replied saying: ‘Tom has given his all, and he is so humble, so genuine, so talented.

‘The whole Fletcher family, they welcomed me in with opened arms and honestly I couldn’t have wished for a better time.’
Although his exit was an emotional one, Tom was back doing what he does best… performing. Tom reunited with the rest of McFly at London’s O2 Arena, with Amy cheering him on from the sidelines.
It Takes Two airs weekdays at 6.30pm on BBC One.
