Waukesha parade LIVE – Car drives through holiday event killing 1 and leaving at least 20 people injured

A DRIVER plowed through a holiday parade in Wisconsin on Sunday, leaving “multiple people” dead and at least 20 people injured.

The town of Waukesha was holding a Christmas parade when multiple people took to Twitter with accounts of the incident.

Police said that they have a person of interest in custody and noted they have recovered the SUV that was used in the terrifying event.

It’s unclear at this time what the driver’s motive may have been.

The investigation is ongoing at this time.
