Frankie Bridge shared perhaps a little too much on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here tonight, after revealing she hadn’t changed her underwear.

The Loose Women host made her confession during a morning chat with fellow campmate Louise Minchin on Tuesday night’s episode of the ITV reality series.

After Louise revealed she had cleaned her hair for the first time since arriving at the Welsh castle, Frankie shared: ‘I’ve still got yesterday’s knickers on. Maybe I’ll do a knicker change then… I’ve got five [pairs].

‘I’ve got a pair on, a dirty pair that I walked in… they smell great though guys, I sprayed them with loads of perfume. You can have a whiff whenever you want.’

In the Telegraph Frankie explained: ‘I think in the Castle we feel like we’ve been here forever. So I feel like the conversations we’re having are conversations we’d normally have with friends you’ve known for 10 years or whatever.’

Later in the episode, the former Saturdays singer spoke to campmates Olympic diver Matty Lee and Paralympian Kadeena Cox about her rise to fame in the girl group.

The 32-year-old explained: ‘It feels so inadequate when people are winning goal medals. When I was 12 I just went for an audition [for S Club Juniors].

‘It was a big open audition on CBBC. So me and Rochelle Humes, now, went and people were practicing their songs in the queue. I hadn’t even decided what I was going to sing and we both ended up getting in.

‘We used to go to the same dance school together when we were like 9 and it’s gone from there.’

She added: ‘I felt like I’d peaked already – now what am I meant to do with the rest of my life. Then I got a phone call about The Saturdays. And that was that. Ended up being lucky to be in two successful groups.’

More: I’m A Celebrity

Asked by Matty if it ever got intense being in a girl band, Frankie admitted: ‘It does, but in the same way it does with brothers and sisters. Genuinely we never had big rows and I think that’s why we never officially broke up.’

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! airs nightly at 9pm on ITV.
