John Barrowman insisted he has moved on from his ‘silly behaviour’ in which he flashed colleagues on the set of Doctor Who spin-off Torchwood.
The star, 54, was involved in controversy when two former runners alleged that while on set, he would ‘would get his genitals out on a regular basis’ in a report by The Guardian.
Although they stressed that it was ‘larking about’ and not sexually predatory behaviour, the Torchwood star admitted to ‘tomfoolery’ whilst filming the BBC drama.
On Tuesday’s episode of Lorraine, he spoke out on his past behaviour on-set and admitted he would ‘never do it now.’
Chatting to the host, he said: ‘It was silly behaviour, it was being done in the confines of the set and we were like a family working together.
‘The fact it was stories that were already told, I haven’t hidden anything, they’ve been exaggerated, and they’ve tried to turn it into sexual harassment which is absolutely not.’

He went on to stress: ‘All the people who making a fuss about it weren’t there,’ before adding: ‘I would never do it now.’
‘We’re not allowing people to learn to adapt and to change which is the most important thing… we’ve moved on and from this point, as I say with you, I want to move on and continue to move forward.’
‘It’s not going to happen again,’ he said.

John also addressed his exit from Dancing on Ice and stressed it was due to his role on All Star Musicals, which will air two special shows in the coming weeks.
‘Dancing on Ice is a show that changes judges all the time,’ he reminded viewers.
The actor previously told The Guardian that his ‘high-spirited behaviour’ was ‘only ever intended in good humour to entertain colleagues on set and backstage.

He added: ‘With the benefit of hindsight, I understand that upset may have been caused by my exuberant behaviour and I have apologised for this previously. Since my apology in November 2008, my understanding and behaviour have also changed.’
John also revealed earlier this year he was undergoing therapy in the wake of these allegations of lewd behaviour.
Lorraine airs weekdays from 9am on ITV.
