Selling Sunset’s Mary Fitzgerald has confirmed fans will get the full story of Christine Quinn’s fallout with the rest of the cast when season 4 finally drops on Netflix tomorrow.

The show’s release date was revealed earlier this autumn, after well over a year since season three came to an end.

Since the dramatic finale which saw Christine marry Christian Richard in a typically lavish ceremony, lots has gone on behind-the-scenes which viewers will soon find out all about.

But perhaps the biggest plotline to unfold through the latest season is Christine’s fallout with the rest of the cast, including long-term pal Mary, over reasons which are about to become very clear.

Speaking in an exclusive chat to Metro.co.uk, Mary told us viewers will ‘100%’ see the moment she decided to end her friendship with Christine on-screen as well as all the drama to come from it.

Mary said: ‘You will see me kind of going through it in the beginning, I literally just watched one of the episodes where I’ve been dreading it because it was the moment where I was just like, enough.

‘I was dreading it and it’s hard for me to even watch it… but I know going through it, I just couldn’t do it anymore.’

The real estate agent went on to admit it’s been ‘years of ups and downs’ with her former friend and continued: ‘I’m confused at why Christine and I are at this place and what’s going on.

‘I think we’re good and then press says something else, it’s been a roller coaster!

‘Finally, I just got to the point where I [thought, I] can’t go through this anymore, it’s too stressful. It’s diminishing my quality of life and the amount of fun I’m having filming with all the other all my other friends and cast members.’

She went on to remind fans of the reality of the show, which means she still has to see Christine despite no longer being friends with her.

Mary added: ‘If it were any other situation I would just exclude like this relationship from my life, unfortunately, because we are filming the show, we’re not allowed to do that.

‘So, when we have parties, and stuff like that, she is at the office and so normally… I mean she hasn’t come in nearly as much and so it’s okay.

‘When we’re filming, we all have to interact and so it just, you can’t just say “Okay, I don’t want this relationship in my life.”

‘It is very hard to deal with and it’s very emotional – I just got to a point where I had to draw a line because it just wasn’t healthy.’

Mary previously spoke to us prior to friend Heather Rae Young’s wedding to Tarek El-Moussa which took place late last month, hinting at huge drama to come with Christine.

Asked if all the cast would be attending, she replied: ‘I think… well, I think everybody except Christine.’

She went on to explain that fans of the show would soon get to see the drama that’s gone down with Christine and the rest of the cast.

Mary continued: ‘You guys will have to watch!

‘Yeah, things have happened, and I mean we are professional and cordial at the office, but outside of the office, most people don’t choose to associate with her.’

So it seems no surprise it’s set to be a major point of focus in season four, but will anyone end up on team Christine?

Selling Sunset season 4 drops on Wednesday, November 24 on Netflix at 8am GMT.
