Holly Willoughby and and Phillip Schofield had the most adorable new co-host on This Morning, as puppy Bailey came to visit.

Bailey is the new addition to Holly’s family, with the presenter bringing the adorable pup to the studio to introduce her to her colleagues and viewers at home.

Holly and her husband Dan Baldwin recently adopted the 15-week-old puppy and are clearly in love.

The star showed off how well trained Bailey already is – although admitted she’s not exactly had much sleep so far.

‘I’m delighted to introduce you to the newest member of my family,’ Holly shared. ‘This is Bailey, who has sort of fallen asleep!’

Meanwhile, she shared that Bailey and her cat Bluebell are still getting used to each other, sharing an adorable video of Bluebell warily eyeing up Bailey.

Viewers are already obsessed with Bailey, sharing snaps of their own cute pups as they watched the ITV show.

Holly, who also shares her children Belle, Harry, and Chester, with Dan, recently returned to This Morning after being ill.

‘It is really good to be back,’ she said. ‘I’m much better now, sorry about that, it really took me down.’

The 40-year-old added that her son Chester was also ill.

‘We’re fine now,’ she stressed.

Holly also went on to thank Josie Gibson for doing ‘an amazing job’ for coming in to look after the show.

Meanwhile, the star has bounced back and is already feeling festive, as she’s started getting ready for Christmas.

She shared some snaps of her potential picturesque plans for the holiday on her new lifestyle blog, Wylde Moon.

‘Lots of us are thinking about Christmas at this time of year and November is definitely the time to put the lights up outside,’ she wrote.
