Selling Sunset: Is season 4 out now and will there be a season 5?

Selling Sunset has become a pretty big hit for Netflix with viewers hooked on all the real-estate drama of the Oppenheim Group and the outrageous property porn.

The reality show follows the likes of Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, and Mary Fitzgerald as they navigate their personal and professional lives working as agents in Los Angeles.

The programme already has multiple series under its belt and recently earned an Emmy nod.

So, here’s everything you need to know about Selling Sunset season four and whether more episodes have been promised.

Is Selling Sunset season 4 out now?

Good news, Selling Sunset season 4 is now streaming on Netflix. The latest chapter of the hit reality series arrived on the streaming platform on November 24.

The 10-part season sees the ladies deal with even more mind-blowing mansions, shocking new romances, and explosive truths that will change their lives, relationships, and careers forever.

A whole host of fan favourites from previous chapters have returned too, including Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, Heather Young, and Maya Vander.

Jason and Brett Oppenheim are also back in action, along with Amanza Smith and Davina Portraz, despite quitting the company.

Will there be a Selling Sunset season 5?

Although Selling Sunset season 4 has only just arrived on Netflix, fans are already calling out for more.

Luckily, there are further episodes on the horizon with the streaming giant previously announcing the show had been renewed for season 5 in March.

Fans can get a glimpse of the trailer for the new series at the end of Selling Sunset season 4.

On top of that, there are two spin-offs in the works too; Selling Tampa and Selling The OC.

Netflix recently dropped the first-look trailer at Selling Tampa, which focuses on the owner and agents of an all-Black, all-female firm as they explore the luxury real estate of Florida.

The official synopsis reads: ‘Along the Florida coast, Allure Realty stands out among the crowd. Owned by military vet Sharelle Rosado, this all Black, all female real estate firm has its eyes set on dominating the Suncoast.

‘These ladies are equally as fun as they are fiercely ambitious, with all of them vying to be on top of the lavish world of luxury waterfront real estate.

‘Sharelle has big plans for her brokerage and won’t let anyone or anything get in the way of making her dreams a reality.’

Selling Tampa will be released on Netflix on December 15, however, a release for Selling The OC and Selling Sunset season five have yet be confirmed.
