Selling Sunset season 4 has finally landed on Netflix but viewers still want to know, what happened to the $75 million dollar listing?

The LA-based series sees the real-estate agents of The Oppenheim Group on their quest to sell some of the most beautiful properties on earth.

Of course, with the area full of the rich and famous, there is pure extravagance on show at every level.

One property that caught the eye of all viewers was the show’s most expensive house ever, at $75 million dollars.

The property was looked after by Davina Potratz – but did she manage to sell the house?

Did Davina sell the $75 million dollar house featured on Selling Sunset?

The house was listed by The Oppenheim Group and included nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, spanning over $18,000 square feet.

Davina took on the listing in an ambitious move, hoping to earn millions in commission from a sale, on behalf of property developer Adnan Sen.

But the decision didn’t go down well with Jason and Brett Oppenheim, who believed the property would not sell due to its huge cost and wanted to cut the price to $60 million.

Davina still went ahead to get the listing on her books and eventually enlisted the help of Maya Vander, whose client was interested in the extortionately priced house.

Speaking to E! News in August 2020, Davina said: ‘Adnan has shown me another property of his that’s $39m, so Maya’s client is considering the $75m house and the other property, they’re looking at both right now as we speak.’

Unfortunately, she still hasn’t managed to secure a buyer.

The house remains up for sale on The Oppenheim Group’s website and has been for over a year, since 2020.

Netflix also couldn’t resist getting on the joke, tweeting before season four dropped: ‘Selling Sunset Season 4 premieres in 12 hours and since I know you’re all wondering…

‘No, Davina still has not sold that 75 million dollar house,’ to which she replied: ‘Thanks for the support! #classy.’
