Sources said the brave star — who has documented her journey on social media  —  has now agreed to the fly-on-the-wall film after “a massive outpouring” of support.

Mum-of-three Julia, 51, had her left breast removed after finding a lump.

A  source said: “Julia has spoken openly about her diagnosis and treatment, because she wants to help other women out there in a similar position.

“She is also very committed to raising awareness. And she has been pleasantly surprised by the response   — she has received hundreds of messages of support since her diagnosis.”

Many were from women also battling cancer, who thanked her for being so open.

The source added: “So when she was approached to make a documentary, she  felt it was important to say yes.

“It is going to be a really powerful, emotional watch.”
