Tilly Ramsay was the ninth celebrity eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing, and departed the show with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin on Sunday night.
The social media star, 20, faced the dance-off against CBBC presenter Rhys Stephenson and Nancy Xu, where they performed their Samba to Dua Lipa’s Levitating for the second time.
However, during their final performance, fans couldn’t help notice the diabetic port under the pro’s arm after he took his top off midway through the routine.
Viewers spotted the white patch, which is used for people suffering from Type 1 diabetes, and rushed to praise him for showing the sensor so proudly.
One fan tweeted: ‘Thank you, Nikita, for displaying your Libre sensor! As a fellow T1 diabetic, these devices are gamechangers and to see a celeb wearing one is normalising their use.’
While another said: ‘First time I’ve cried when someone’s left #strictly. Tilly and Nikita have been delightful to watch and seeing Nikita show off his diabetes Libre sensor has just made me love him even more.
Unfortunately, after a tense dance-off, Tilly and Nikita were sent home by the BBC judges.
When asked by host Tess Daly about their time on the show, the daughter of Gordon Ramsay said: ‘I’d just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has made this an amazing, positive journey for me.
‘From everyone here to backstage, wardrobe, makeup and camera crew. It’s just been the most extraordinary time. I found out something about myself that I didn’t know I could do, I didn’t know I could dance and have fun like this.’

Nikita agreed: ‘I’m the most emotional person so I hope I don’t cry.
‘I’m just grateful for everything, for the whole Strictly team, for the production team, for the costume, for the make-up, for everything.
‘Thank you guys, thank you to the professionals and cast, and a huge, huge thank you to Tilly.’
Strictly Come Dancing continues on Saturday at 6.40pm on BBC One.
