Kanye West has turned his hand to ending homelessness in Los Angeles after meeting with charitable organisations.

The rapper and Yeezy founder, 44, dropped off 1,000 meals to the LA Mission last week, and also met with its CEO, Reverend Troy Vaughn, to see how else he could help out.

According to reports from TMZ, Kanye ‘laid out four ways he can help the homeless’ after visiting the Skid Row area of the city.

Kanye is reportedly planning to continue helping to feed the homeless by establishing a working relationship with organisations across the city, as well as using his own companies to help provide education, housing and jobs for those on the streets.

The Donda star is also hoping to use his Sunday Service to inspire and uplift the homeless community, as well as partnering with other outreach groups so that together they can eliminate homelessness.

The homeless population in the city has grown since the pandemic began, with citizens and lawmakers looking at ways they can help those in need.

Kanye had visited Skid Row ahead of Thanksgiving, with a source telling Page Six: ‘He had never been there and wanted to see everything going on.

‘He talked about saving the world and how he had all these ideas to work with LA Mission.’

As well as sharing his ideas about helping the homeless, Kanye also used his speech to tell his audience about his hopes that God will bring him and estranged wife Kim Kardashian back together.

He told them: ‘If the enemy can separate Kimye, there’s going to be millions of families that feel like that separation is ok…

‘But when God brings Kimye together, there’s going to be millions of families that are going to be influenced to see that they can overcome the work of the separation, of trauma the devil has used to capitalise to keep people in misery while people step over homeless people to go to the Gucci store.’
