Max Verstappen Roasts Lando Norris After His Move to Monaco: “He Can Sleep in My Toilet”
The exotic lifestyle of Monaco is starting to attract more Formula 1 drivers with Lando Norris being the latest to be added to the list. The Briton recently bought a lavish apartment in the country overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and even took to social media to open up about this exciting new chapter of his life.
Of course, congratulatory messages poured in from all over the world. However, amidst the sweet messages from the fans and his own team, there was Max Verstappen, with a rather hilarious message for the McLaren driver.
The Conversation about Lando Norris
Verstappen was busily live-streaming his gameplay when one of his teammates pointed out that Norris had purchased an apartment in Monaco.
“Lando is moving to Monaco,” he said to which Verstappen replied, “Yes, I know!”
The teammate further responded, “He just tweeted about his new place.”

This is the point where the conversation took an unexpected twist, thanks to the Red Bull driver’s amusing offer for his colleague, Norris. “He can sleep in my toilet,” the Dutchman said.
His teammate then asked, “You’re the one who runs around with toilet paper on his head all the time?” For the ones who are unaware of what he meant, Verstappen often picks the costume which has toilet paper on its head while playing the recently gone viral game, Among Us.
“Yes! Mate, in case you really need to go to the toilet,” Verstappen responded.
Where does Max Verstappen live?
Verstappen’s home is the Netherlands, considering he is a Dutchman by birth. However, like many other drivers including his own rival, Lewis Hamilton who has multiple residences sprinkled around the world, Verstappen, too, has another home in Monaco.

One might reckon he might have opted Monaco for the tax theory that the country lives under, but, Monaco, indeed, is one of the best places to live in; the extravagant looks, the attractive Mediterranean Sea, the limited number of residents, unlike other European countries.
Overall, Monaco is turning out to be the drivers’ first choice after the United Kingdom. There are already a handful of drivers who currently own an apartment in Monte Carlo. So, will the list continue to grow bigger with each passing year?
