Aaron Paul and his wife Lauren are expecting their second child, as the pair announced the pregnancy on Instagram on Wednesday.

Lauren, 34, shared a snap of herself in front of a roaring fire with her bump visible, as the couple’s three-year-old daughter Story Annabelle placed her hands on it.

She told her followers: ‘We can’t wait to meet you baby! We love you so much already.’

Aaron, 42, has yet to speak out on the happy news on social media himself, but has previously spoken about his desire to expand his family.

He told Haute Living last year: ‘Fatherhood has definitely changed me. Having a child is the closest thing to magic that anyone can have.

‘I see why people rush home to be there when they get home from school. You don’t want to miss any of it.’

He added: ‘It’s easily the best chapter of my life. I feel I’m in a good place. I can’t wait to have another baby, and I’m so excited to see what 40 has to offer.

‘I’m just excited to be around, to be alive. I’m just happy to be here. Life is good.’

Aaron and Lauren got engaged in 2012 after meeting at Coachella festival and married the following year.

The Westworld star also told People in 2019: ‘Becoming a father is the greatest gift that anyone could ever be given.

‘I had that kind of assumption beforehand, but no one truly knows until it happens.’

Aaron also previously addressed how he and Lauren keep their relationship strong since having children, telling Us Weekly: ‘Everything is just about communicating our love for one another and having mommy-daddy time.

‘It’s important to have that, and it’s important to have daddy-daughter time solo, or mommy-daughter time. You need to have your own private moments together.

‘I never forget where it all began and that was with Lauren and I, so hold onto that, cherish it [and] never let it go.’
