Cody Rhodes Sets Himself and Andrade on Fire on AEW Dynamite

Cody Rhodes and Andrade El Idolo have been feuding for the past few weeks, and tonight’s AEW Dynamite ended with these two bitter enemies competing in an Atlanta Street Fight.

However, this was not any ordinary Street Fight, ‘The American Nightmare’ decided to pull out a wild stunt to close out the match. The match ended dramatically when Cody dropped Andrade through the fiery table with a reverse superplex.

The moment the two bodies touched the fire, the audience went berserk as the arena popped in anticipation and concern. The bump looked nasty and eventually, Cody felt more heat.

Throughout the match, the two men threw everything they had. Cody even started to bleed from his forehead and that made it clear about whic0h direction will this match go.

The match was so edgy that at one moment, Andrade slammed Cody’s head with a laptop.

Towards the ending of the match, Andrade and Cody exchanged vicious headbutts until he managed to drop Cody. However, out of nowhere, Brandi Rhodes appeared in a mask and doused a table in lighter fluid, and set it ablaze.

As soon as she lit the table, Rhodes got on the top rope and delivered a reverse superplex; sending Andrade and himself through the fire.

And by no means that would have been good for both the individuals. However, the audience witnessed that Rhodes took the most hurt from the fire.

After dropping Andrade through the table, Rhodes lay over two seconds on the burning table before being able to move and separate himself from the fire.

The burn sure looked vicious, but that didn’t stop the former WWE Intercontinental champion from getting himself on top and pinning Andrade. This feud with Andrade started when Rhodes was fighting with Malakai Black and Andrade came in between.

Eventually, it looks like the AEW creative team will move in the same direction and let Black and Rhodes feud a bit more before finally separating each other.
