It is no secret that Mercedes have one of the most dominant cars on the Formula One grid. The Silver Arrows have won the dual championships since 2014. Now in 2021, Lewis Hamilton is fighting an intense championship battle against, Max Verstappen, who feels the reason, the British driver has been so successful in the sport is because he has the best car.

Undoubtedly, the 2021 season has given the F1 community an exciting title between Hamilton and Verstappen. On one hand, is Max; a Red Bull prodigy and one of the most talented drivers on the grid. While, on the other hand, is Hamilton, a 7-time world champion.

Max Verstappen feels the key to Lewis Hamilton’s success lies in his car

The Dutch driver is pushing the Mercedes driver to the limit this season. Currently, it is Verstappen who leads the driver’s championship, while Hamilton is down in second. Even though he is excited about the title race, he feels Lewis only dominated the sport because of his car. Additionally, the 24-year-old takes at Hamilton but does not care if the title fight is with someone older or younger than him.

Can Hamilton beat the Red Bull prodigy to claim his eighth title?

This season, Hamilton has been pushing his archrival, Verstappen, to the limit in order to win the championship. Both had chances to lead the driver standings, but with only two races remaining before the season ends, the Mercedes driver is hoping to be the one to come out on top.

With F1 heading to Jeddah this week for the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Hamilton would aim to make it three wins in a row after taking the chequered flag in Brazil and Qatar.
