The Finn is undoubtedly a talented driver on the grid. However, there had been times where Bottas would have negative thoughts that would affect him.

Formula One is the pinnacle of motorsports, demanding almost everything from a driver. Naturally, it can take a toll on the drivers, and Bottas talks about the effect it had on his mentality.

A new challenge awaits the Finnish driver in 2022

As the season comes to an end, Bottas would part ways with the Silver Arrows. Joining the team back in 2017, Valtteri will make way for incoming driver, George Russell. While Bottas would go to Alfa Romeo and partner up with Guanyu Zhou next season.

The Finn was Lewis Hamilton’s teammates for five years, undoubtedly Hamilton pushed his teammate to the limit. Hence, being the teammate of the 7-time world champion will allow Bottas to bring immense experience to the Swiss-based team.

However, there are still two more races to go before the season comes to a close. Bottas and Hamilton would work together and aim to bag as many points as possible from the upcoming races to defeat Red Bull and claim their eighth constructor’s championship in Formula One.
