“Need You”: Chicago Cubs Star Pulls Strings to Lure Carlos Correa Away From New York Yankees

The future of Carlos Correa in the 2022 season is unpredictable as the MLB lockout has been initiated. While he has been linked to New York Yankees, other teams still have not given up on the idea of having him on their side.
Notably, not only the front offices but players have also stepped into convincing Carlos to join them. Chicago Cubs latest addition, Marcus Stroman sent a requesting message to Correa on Twitter.

Marcus Stroman pitches for Chicago Cubs to Carlos Correa

Baseball pitcher Marcus Stroman recently signed a three-year deal worth $71 million with the Chicago Cubs. Stroman wants to take his new team to great heights, and for that, he knows they need star players in Cubs uniform. Marcus was asked by a Twitter user, ”Hey @STR0
, how do you feel about recruiting?”

In an attempt to lure Carlos Correa to Cubs, Marcus tweeted,Need you in Chicago my dawg!@TeamCJCorrea” Carlos did not reply to the tweet, but the Cubs fan would hope the message was received by him.

Apart from New York Yankees’ the Chicago Cubs have also been on the list of potential Carlos Correa buyers. However, an interesting rumor hints about Correa also keeping Cubs on his prospects list.

That is an interesting turn of events, as the Yankees were the front runners earlier. Which side do you think Carlos Correa will choose for his future in MLB?
