REAL Housewives of New Jersey alum Joe Giudice SPLIT from his girlfriend Daniela Fittipaldi.

The breakup comes as the 49-year-old “doesn’t have the headspace for a relationship.”

Joe revealed the split in a statement to PEOPLE on Friday, sharing: “I have a lot going on right now and don’t have time for a relationship.”

He also told the outlet that he’s working on an “appeal to get back to the U.S.” with his new attorney.

The Bravo alum, who resides in Italy after being deported from the United States, said: “My manager Dominique Enchinton with new talent agency I signed with has been keeping loaded with new exciting projects.”

He continued: “I just honestly don’t have the time or headspace for a relationship right now. I’m more focused on work and getting back to the U.S. so that I can see my family.”
