WATCH: Lando Norris Tries to Troll George Russell; Gets Shut Down in the Most Epic Manner!

The organizers in Saudi Arabia may have made a big mistake on media day. Having paired the notorious duo of George Russell and Lando Norris together, we will get some entertaining content. The two were immediately at each other’s necks! Two successful drivers on the paddock. The friends had an eventful media session in Jeddah.

As a successful year comes to an end for the two Brits, the duo decided on focusing on where they failed. But not initially. Russell mentioned how he was proud that Williams had managed a solid 23 points in the season; especially when there was a point where they were stuck at zero.

Lando Norris found the perfect opportunity to strike at Russell. “I was expecting at least 24 points from you this year…”

Rusell was quick to retaliate, “I was expecting a victory from you this year!” Norris then let out a defeated sigh and said, “I think that time passed!”

The banter didn’t stop there. Norris added, “I’m very happy with my team, of course. I’m happy where I am. I signed a new contract at the beginning of this year… I’m happy with what I’ve done as well. And hopefully, not too far in the future, I can get that first win that George is expecting from me.”

Although a serious moment, Russell adds, “If you’re curious, just ask Danny Ric!”

However, Norris‘ commitment is solid. The young Brit compared himself to his teammate. “I know he’s still Daniel. Once he clicks and finds his way and so on, I hope to still be quicker than him. But I know it won’t be ‘I’m always quicker’ because he’s a very, very good driver.”

Finding solace in his speed, Norris knows it may be temporary. “But my confidence has definitely come up with how I feel like I’ve performed. And it’s not necessarily all because I’ve beaten Daniel.”

While Lando Norris gets ready for his first victory, everyone knows it won’t be too far into the future. If Sochi and Monza and Silverstone taught us anything, Norris has the heart of a champion.
