Andrew Form is a film producer from Long Island, New York who has a number of movie credits to his name.

Form’s movie producer credits include A Quiet Place, The Purge, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Together with fellow filmmakers, Michael Bay and Brad Fuller, Form co-founded the Platinum Dunes production company.

His other recognizable production work consists of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday the 13th, Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, and The Last Ship.

On Thursday, December 2, Daddario took to Instagram to reveal that her and Form have gotten engaged.

“Andrew- you are the greatest, most formidable love of my life. I couldn’t be luckier,” Daddario concluded her announcement.

Their engagement marks Daddario’s first and Form’s second.

Andrew Form was previously married to actress Jordana Brewster from May 2007 to June 2021 and share two sons together.
