Halo Infinite Set to Close Out 2021 With New and Exciting Game Modes

Halo Infinite has stormed the community with its incredible gameplay and positive reviews from fans. It has become one of the top games to release in 2021. On December 15th, the multiplayer mode for the game was released very spontaneously. The players seemed to love what this game had in store for them. Before the year ends, three more modes might come as the devs seem to add more to the game.

Halo Infinite will get three brand new modes before this year ends

343 community manager John Junyszek revealed on Twitter described three modes called Fiesta, Tactical Slayer (SWAT), and Free-For-All playlists currently under development in the studios.

Let’s talk about Halo Infinite playlists!
We’ve been reading your feedback, and we’re working on plans to add Fiesta, Tactical Slayer (SWAT), and Free-For-All playlists as we speak. They won’t land by Dec 8, but the team is pushing to get them in before the end of year

There is no confirmation about an exact release date for these three modes. However, they ain’t landing anytime before 8th December 2021. All of the above three game modes are variations of Deathmatch itself. The devs took into consideration of the players’ requests to choose a single game mode instead of playing Deathmatch in one game and Capture the Flag in another.

Besides this, a Social Slayer playlist is also in the works by 343 and will be released after the holiday season, perhaps sometime in 2022. John Junyszek again announced this on his Twitter handle.

A Social Slayer playlist (with multiple variations) is also in the works (we see this request the most), but we won’t be able to get that one ready until after the holidays. We hope you can understand and enjoy the ones that make it in before the team takes a well-deserved break!

Furthermore, 343 also addressed player concerns on Halo Infinite’s battle pass progression. Well, to which the devs announced that players will now get XP for playing a certain number of matches per day. It is really good to see Halo developers incorporate player feedback in order to improve the overall gaming experience!
