Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are experiencing a setback in their divorce proceedings due to errors in the paperwork.
Fox, 35, filed for divorce from Green, 48, in November 2020, however, a judge returned their judgement on Thursday for multiple procedural reasons, according to the document obtained by E! News.
Before their separation is legal, new paperwork must be submitted due to errors.
The new documents must include an incomplete Declaration For Default and the inability for them to waive their Declarations of Disclosure.
E! News reports that Fox and Green also need to ‘enter the correct number of pages attached to the FL-180 form’ and resubmit the documents before the divorced can be finalised.
The disruption to the proceedings comes after the former couple finally reached a settlement in their divorce two months ago.

TMZ reported that they did not have a prenup, making them required by law to split everything acquired during their decade-long marriage.
Fox and Green share three children – Noah Shannon, nine, Bodhi Ransom, seven, and Journey River, five – who both parents will share joint legal and physical custody of, at Fox’s request.
It is unclear whether either will be paying spousal or child support, however, documents refer to the exes agreeing upon a settlement outside of court.
Fox will also legally change her surname back to Fox from Green.

Fox and Green got engaged in 2006 following two years of dating.
They broke off their engagement in February 2009 but announced in June the following year that it was back on.
The Jennifer’s Body star and 90210 actor married in June 2010 and had their first two children.
The Til Death star first filed for divorce from Green in August 2015, a few days after the couple publicly announced their separation.
They reconnected in early 2016 and had their third son, with Fox eventually calling off the divorce.

Finally, in May 2020, Green announced that he and Fox had called it quits after nearly 10 years of marriage, and began going their separate ways at the end of 2019.
‘Neither one of us did anything to each other. She’s always been honest with me and I’ve always been honest with her,’ he said on the With Brian Austin Green podcast.
‘I know she will always love me and I know as far as a family, what we have built is really cool and really special. So we decided let’s make sure we don’t lose that. That no matter what we’re always friends with each other and we’re a united front with the kids,’ he continued.
The two are both in new relationships now, with Green dating DWTS pro Sharna Burgess and Fox enjoying a very public romance with rapper Machine Gun Kelly, which she went public with last year.
