NFL Star Runs Into WWE Champion Big E

Big E is now a global superstar. The WWE Champion received a massive push from WWE recently. He successfully cashed in his Money in the Bank contract earlier this year to win the WWE Championship. Since then, many people have highly appreciated Big E. Most recently, NFL Star Braylon Edwards was in all praise for the WWE Champion.

Braylon Edwards is a former American wide receiver in NFL. He was the third pick in Round 1 of the NFL Draft in 2005 as the Cleveland Browns selected him. In 2007, Edwards experienced a breakout season and became the first Browns receiver to make the pro bowl since 1989.

Recently on Twitter, the NFL star posted a photo with the WWE Champion. In his caption, Braylon Edwards praised Big E. He wrote, “Hell of a guy hell of a champ”. The NFL star even admitted that Big E is the only Iowa Hawkeyes supporter that he will be taking a picture with all weekend. While Edwards will support the Michigan Wolverines, Big E will surely cheer for an Iowa Hawkeyes win.

The WWE Champion played American football for the Iowa Hawkeyes as a defensive lineman during his time at the University of Iowa. That is why he will surely cheer for the Iowa Hawkeyes when they take on the Michigan Wolverines this week.

Big E will have to defend his WWE Championship against Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens at WWE Day 1 PPV

Before this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Big E was scheduled to fight Seth Rollins at WWE Day 1 PPV for the WWE Championship. But following Big E’s main event match against Kevin Owens on this week’s Raw, it became a triple threat match.

If Kevin Owens beat Big E, he would get himself added to the title picture at WWE Day 1 PPV. Apart from battling in the ring with Big E, Owens also instigated Rollins to attack him. Towards the end of the battle, we see Rollins losing his calm and attacking Owens. Because of that, Owen got the win by disqualification and got added to the title picture.
