I just think it just puts too much pressure on those two guys. I think in this era nowadays you need three stars, you definitely need three high caliber players that can control the game with the ball in their hands”

Further, the Nets legend added that Irving’s presence is extremely important in the post- season. He mentioned that the Nets might be able to make it to the Eastern Conference final without him, but they require his presence nevertheless.
