Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted on a casual family trip to the cinema on Saturday afternoon in Westwood, Los Angeles.

The star-powered duo, who are in the flush of Bennifer 2.0, having rekindled their relationship a few months ago after 17 year apart, looked relaxed and casual as they strolled in step and with their arms around one another, and the kids in tow.

Jennifer, 52, and Ben, 49, received the VIP treatment upon arrival, with the manager of Westwood’s Regency Theatre personally escorting them inside.

J-Lo looked off-duty chic in ripped jeans, Timberland boots and an eye-catching green, pink and purple floral jumper.

She accessorised her outfit with a matching purple face mask and a burgundy leather handbag, while Ben was also masked up and in dark jeans, a black jacket, plaid shirt and grey T-shirt.

Four of their five blended brood accompanied them on their trip to the cinema, with J-Lo’s twins with ex-husband Marc Anthony, 13-year-old Max and Emme, along for the ride.

Two of Ben’s children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner also caught the movie, as nine-year-old Samuel and Seraphina, 12, were present while Ben’s eldest, 16-year-old Violet, was absent.

The kids happily hung out with each other, as Seraphina and Emme shared earphones as well as displaying a similar dress sense, with casual trousers and loose tops in blues and greens.

The couple have been spotted on group trips before, including to the cinema, and it seemed this time that they may have caught new Paul Thomas Anderson flick Licorice Pizza, judging by the awning on the cinema.

The family outing came in the wake of Ben’s interview with the Wall Street Journal magazine this week, where he opened up on his ‘beautiful’ reunion with the Love Don’t Cost A Thing singer, admitting it was ‘a great story’.

He shared: ‘My life now reflects not just the person that I want to be, but the person that I really feel like I am – which is not perfect, but somebody who tries very hard and cares very much about being honest and authentic and accountable. It’s hard to say who benefits more, without going into gossipy detail.

‘I could just say that I feel great about being very healthy. And it is a good story. It’s a great story. And, you know, maybe one day I’ll tell it. I’ll write it all out. And then I’ll light it on fire,’ he laughed.

JLo previously touched on their reunion during a chat with Today, when she was asked if she would be open to getting married again.

‘I don’t know, yeah, I guess. You know me, I’m a romantic. I always have been,’ she said. ‘I’ve been married a few times. Yeah, I still believe in happily ever after, for sure, 100 percent.’

She called off her engagement to Alex Rodriguez in April of this year, shortly before kicking things back off with Ben.
